MASSAGE FAQs: Clinic Location, Cancellation and Rescheduling

Scheduled appointment time

Clinic Visits: If you have booked a clinic visit please ensure you arrive 10 mins before your scheduled appointment time. If you are more than 20 mins late, the booking will be cancelled and not refunded. If you are not ready to begin treatment at the scheduled time, the session will end at the original scheduled finishing time and no extra time will be added at the end. Please bear in mind that significant lateness has a knock on effect with other scheduled bookings.

Service Etiquette

All services provided by Laura’s Touch is strictly professional and entirely remedial and therapeutic i.e. of a Non Sexual nature. Any inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and the booking immediately cancelled.

What happens if I cancel or want to reschedule my booking?

As unforeseen circumstances can occur, Laura’s Touch will fully refund a booking if cancelled within 48 hrs notice. If in the unlikely event, your booking has to be cancelled by the therapist, you will receive a full refund or your booking will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time. If you need to reschedule your appointment day or time please Email. (Laura@lqtouch.co.uk) Please ensure you provide a minimum of 48 hrs notice for any rescheduling requests.

The cancellation policy is as follows:

If you need to change or amend your booking please ensure you email: laura@lqtouch.co.uk within 48hrs to do so. Please note that any amendments to dates or scheduled times for a treatment, is subject to the same appointment cancellation policy as above.

Consultation process

Prior to your appointment you will receive an electronic consultation form to fill before your massage. Please ensure you complete this form prior to your appointment. Before the treatment commences, a verbal consultation will be carried out to discuss your areas of concern in order for the treatment to be specifically tailored to you. This will be the opportunity for you to discuss and highlight the specific areas of pain and tension you are feeling and your expectations for the treatment. It is also important you mention any allergies or injuries you may have.

Please note that for deep tissue and sports massage, you may experience moderate pain that will subside within 24-48 hrs.

When can I book my treatment?

Mon: 10am – 6pm

Tues: 10am – 2pm

Weds: 10am – 6pm

Thurs: Non-Working Day

Fri: 10am – 4pm

Sat: 10am – 2pm

Sun: Non-Working Day

The above days/times are subject to availability. Please always try to book in advance to secure your booking for your preferred day/time.
